Let me start by saying that everyone’s path to well-being is unique ~ each of us are given the opportunity in this life to experiment, experience, and learn what brings us our own health, happiness, and fulfillment.

For me, the steps to enhanced well-being start with becoming more aware. A wise teacher once told me that 96% of making changes in life comes from awareness. Then 3% is finding possibilities, and the final 1% is taking the action to bring change to your life.

What I’ve shared on this site are my experiences of awareness, possibility, and action that contribute to the current truth of my own well-being.
